Shipping, Returns & Consignment

Last updated: 01 October 2026

This policy provides a practical summary of Devino's shipping, returns and consignment arrangements. It should be read together with our Wholesale Terms of Trade.

Shipping

Devino supplies approved wholesale customers throughout Australia and, where agreed, internationally.

Freight and other applicable delivery charges may be invoiced to the Customer.

Delivery arrangements may vary according to the nature, value and destination of a shipment.

Customers should check deliveries promptly following receipt and contact Devino as soon as reasonably possible if there is an issue with a shipment.

Consignment

Goods may be taken on consignment for a period of up to 14 days unless an extended period has been agreed upon.

An invoice will be issued for all items not returned by the end of the consignment period.

Goods supplied on consignment remain at the consignee's risk until returned to Devino Pty Ltd in their original condition.

The consignee is responsible for any loss or damage, however incurred.

Returns

Please contact Devino before returning goods.

Devino Pty Ltd is not obliged to accept goods returned more than 30 days from the invoice date.

If a return is accepted after 30 days, a 15% handling fee will apply.

Goods authorised for return should be returned in their original condition.

Credit Notes

Where a return is approved, Devino may issue a Credit Note against the relevant original Tax Invoice.
